Sound artist Stina Stjern has been a central part of the Norwegian music scene for over 25 years. Her music can be described as a meeting between pop and indie, but her background includes classical jazz education, time in the rock band Quintrophenia and membership in the female punk band Supervixen.

Her latest solo album Vivid Peace Restored, according to Boomkat, provides "a bold and unique expression", where she combines field recordings, instruments and her own voice, and "damages" the soundscape with tape noise and saturation to create a surreal sound diary.
