Linguist and children's book author
Anna-Kaisa Räisänen is from Finland. She has worked with language research and Kven children's music and literature since 2006 and has led various projects to revitalize the Kven language. She is interested in how people, language, and culture are woven together into a whole. This also applies in the Kven context - where the language is seriously threatened.
Räisänen currently works in the secretariat of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.
