A warm and exciting family show about friendship, courage and being loved for who you are.
The orphan Rasmus dreams of something many take for granted. A place to belong and someone who will accept him just as he is. Tired of waiting to be chosen, he escapes from the orphanage. Together with his friend Oskar, he embarks on a journey to find a home, the freedom to be himself and all that life has to offer.
The big family performance before Christmas from Nordland Teater is suitable for school-age children and adults who love Astrid Lindgren's universe.
Arrive early: Before the show starts, children will receive their own backpack. From there, they will journey into a universe filled with music, stories and adventures told as only backpackers can.
