Norwegian singer and pianist Susanna Wallumrød has been releasing music since the early 2000s. Although she is an accomplished composer, she is also known for her interpretations of other people's works. Her 2025 album, Baudelaire & Piano, sets the poetry of Charles Baudelaire to music.

According to The Guardian, this “meeting of poetry and piano” combines strong melodies and a “luminous voice” that defies expectations. At Hamsundagene she presents music from this album and its follow-up Elevation, together with Stina Stjern on tape and cassette players.
